Withdrawal Refund Policy

    Contracts with faculty members and provisions for education are made by the institution in advance for the entire year. Accordingly, if a student withdraws for justifiable reasons after registration, refund of tuition fees will be made according to the following refund schedule:

    • Before beginning of classes: 100% of tuition is refunded minus registration fees.
    • During the 1st week of classes: 75% of tuition is refunded minus registration fees.
    • During the 2nd week of classes: 50% of tuition is refunded minus registration fees.
    • After the Drop & Add period: no refunds are given.
    • No refund of tuition in the Summer Session.


    A student may not complete registration, graduate, receive grades, transcripts or other documents until all fees are paid.
