The vision of the Interior Design Program is to be in constant progress and advancement to meet the ongoing demands of both the professional and academic fields. It also aspires to graduate students who are ready to overcome challenges, and whose motivation for achieving innovative designs is centered on the human experience.
The Interior Design Department is committed to graduate professionals and researchers well equipped to join the emergent field of design. Students are stimulated all through their years of study to immerse themselves in readings, experimentations, creative and analytical thinking as well as to follow diversified and personalized design approaches. A wide variety of courses are offered so as to provide students with a solid theoretical and practical foundation as well as exposure to multidisciplinary concepts. Offered also are courses pertaining to latest software’s applications, interior design studio work, product and furniture design, construction and finishes, architectural heritage and restoration and courses, and many others.
