Jessica Antonios is the Chairperson of the Marketing, Marketing and Advertising, and Digital Marketing departments as part of the Faculty of Business and Economics at the American University of Science and Technology in Beirut.

She had been living in France for the past 11 years, where she not only studied, but also worked in the field and taught on a graduate and undergraduate level before coming back to Lebanon to become part of AUST’s pedagogical family.

Among other initiatives, Jessica Antonios has initiated new courses and suggested others that do not yet exist in the Middle East.

 

Jessica Antonios started off her education with a BA in Psychology from the Lebanese American University (LAU) received in 2007. She then traveled to Grenoble-France where she got her MSc in Marketing from Grenoble Graduate School of Business (GGSB) in 2009 and continued on to get her DBA (Doctorate in Business Administration)- Concentration Marketing – Consumer Behavior, from GEM (Grenoble Ecole de Management – triple crown accredited) France in 2016. The essence and contribution of her dissertation lay in studying the impact of customer education on intentions of loyalty in the field of complex technological products. Not only did she contribute academically to the research through the metacognitive perspective of learning but also managerially where she recommends ways for companies to better create relationships with their clients and build their loyalty all the while making more profit and increasing performance simultaneously.

 

Jessica Antonios has received several certificates in the fields of Marketing and Psychology alike. She is highly involved in professional consulting, training, coaching, and research work.
